Areté Learning Exchange welcomed education professionals and parents to Richmond School on Friday 16 October for an engaging and informative training session exploring autism and anxiety, delivered by specialist trainer Lynn McCann from Reachout

Areté Learning Exchange welcomed 28 delegates from 18 different schools to Richmond School’s Pavilion on Friday 9 October for a full day of training on Examination Access Arrangements for General Qualifications, delivered by Rebecca Thompson from Communicate-ed.

This November, YES@ Areté Learning Trust is delighted to bring a new six-week Dancing for All programme to Richmond School & Sixth Form.

Designed for children and young people who may face barriers to taking part in traditional activities, Dancing for All is all about movement, creativity, confidence and having fun in an inclusive and welcoming environment.

The Swimming for All programme, delivered by Richmond Dales Swimming Club as part of the Activities for All programme supported by Lottery Funding, is celebrating its positive impact on children and families.

The funding will allow YES@ Areté Learning Trust at Richmond School to continue Activities for All, a community-led programme providing accessible physical activity, wellbeing opportunities and social connection for children and young people aged 4–18 with learning differences and additional barriers to participation.
