Hambleton & Richmondshire Locality Board Invites Schools to Share Practice and Strengthen Relational Approaches

The Hambleton & Richmondshire Locality Board is inviting colleagues from primary and secondary settings to come together for a collaborative session focused on relational approaches in schools.

This event offers a valuable opportunity to share experiences, reflect on current practice, and explore how relational approaches are developing across the locality. The Board is particularly keen to hear reflections on school transitions this year, including nursery to reception and primary to secondary, and how these have been supported to ensure positive outcomes for pupils.

Attendees are also encouraged to share any projects or developments within their schools that are making a tangible difference—especially those that enhance inclusion, wellbeing, and attendance.

The session will include:

  • The sharing of free training opportunities

  • Updates on upcoming Locality Board projects

  • Time for professional discussion and collaboration

  • Refreshments provided

All are welcome to attend. If this invitation has reached you but may be more relevant to a colleague, please feel free to pass it on.

To reserve a place, please contact Alison Keane at Alison.Keane@dalesmat.org.
